Refund Policy

• In the case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty décor within 7 days of receiving it.
• We will run a quality check on all the returns and replacements. The refund or replacement will be initiated only after a successful inspection.
• Pure Art World holds the sole discretion to state whether a return request is valid or invalid.
• The refund amount in the customer’s account will be reflected within 5-7 working days.
• If you are not 100% satisfied with the received item, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receipt.
• On receiving a damaged item, the amount will be reimbursed to your account.
